Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of this website, which Christine Amoah provides. By using the website you agree to them; if you do not, please do not use it.

What this website is for

This website gives general information about home loans and about how Christine can help. Nothing on it is an offer to lend, a commitment to lend, a loan approval or a rate lock. Those come only in writing, after you apply (and, for an approval, after underwriting), with the disclosures the law requires.

Rates, payments and calculators

Rates, fees, terms and programs change often, and the ones available to you depend on your credit, income, property, location and the loan you choose. Any rate, payment or example on this website is for illustration only. Calculator results are estimates built on the numbers you enter and on assumptions that may not fit your situation; they are not a quote. Ask for a Loan Estimate for figures you can rely on.

Where we can help

We can only originate loans in the states where we are licensed, and not every program is offered in every state or to every borrower. Every loan is subject to credit approval and to the guidelines of the lender and of any investor or agency involved.
